During my undergraduate degree, I helped construct an Armoury. All units were used practically and needed to be convincing. They were built from raw materials of aluminium, beech wood, MDF, flexible plywood and milliput. Below is an example of the process to create a sword. It was for a play called Boudica by Tristan Bernays.
